Visitors from most countries do not require a visa for social visits of up to 30 days. However, visitors from some countries will need a visa. Please check the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website for the latest requirements.
Yes, invitation letters will be issued upon request after successful registration and payment. Please contact the secretariat at secretariat@qirtasia2027.com.
Cancellations received before February 1, 2027 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations after this date.
Onsite payment will be available but implies a surcharge of $50 USD. We strongly recommend registering online in advance.
