Registration cancellation & refund policy

  1. Registration cancellation more than 60 working days before the conference: no cancellation fees.
  2. Registration cancellation 30–60 working days before the conference: a cancellation fee of 20% of the registration fee will be charged.
  3. Registration cancellation less than 30 working days before the conference: no refunds.
  4. No refunds after registration closes.
  5. No refunds for non-attendance.
  6. Refunds will be made in Singapore dollars (SGD).
  7. Refunds will be processed after the conference is over.
  8. Applications for cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing to the QIRT Asia 2027 Organising Committee at: registration@qirtasia2027.com
