A purpose-built conference venue overlooking Marina Bay — connected directly to partner hotels, Changi Airport, and the research institutions of central Singapore.
Sands Expo & Convention Centre occupies the second of Marina Bay Sands' three towers, purpose-built to host international conferences. QIRT Asia 2027 will take place on Level 4, with a dedicated plenary hall, six parallel session rooms, an industry exhibition floor, and a connected foyer for posters and refreshments.
The venue is directly connected to Marina Bay Sands hotel accommodation, The Shoppes, restaurants, and the Bayfront MRT interchange — delegates can move between sessions, meals and lodging without leaving the complex.

A compact, multicultural city at the crossroads of Asia — and one of the easiest in the world to arrive in, get around, and explore.
Singapore sits along the equator in the heart of Southeast Asia, 8 hours ahead of GMT (GMT+8, no daylight saving), with a year-round tropical climate — uniformly warm and humid, typically 25–31°C.
A multi-ethnic city of around 5.6 million, with English as the language of business and government alongside Chinese, Malay and Tamil. Singapore Dollar (SGD) is the local currency, and cards and mobile payment are widely accepted; electrical outlets are Type G (230V), the same as the UK.
Changi Airport is consistently ranked among the world's best, connecting Singapore to more than 100 cities worldwide — around 20 minutes from Marina Bay Sands by MRT or taxi.
Entry and visa requirements depend on your nationality and change from time to time — always check the official source before booking travel. All visitors must submit an SG Arrival Card online before entry.
Public signage is in English, so delegates can navigate independently with ease. The Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) network is one of the fastest ways to get around — most key attractions are within walking distance of a station, and trains are fully accessible to wheelchair users, the visually impaired, and families with strollers.
