Phishing & scam alert

There have been recent cases of scammers creating fake registration pages and impersonating official contacts for international conferences. Scammers may set up look-alike websites or send emails that appear to come from trusted organisations in order to steal personal or financial information.

Always verify the source, check website domains carefully, and use only official links for registration, bookings, or payments. Stay alert and protect your information.

Here are some important reminders for QIRT Asia 2027:

1. The official conference website is qirtasia2027.com. Scammers may create fake conference registration pages that closely resemble ours — when in doubt, check the URL carefully before entering any personal or payment details.
2. Registration and payment for QIRT Asia 2027 are processed only through our official conference management partner, SINCE 2027, at this exact address:
   https://www.since2027.org/event-details/6th-asian-quantitative-infrared-thermography-conference
   We will never ask you to register or pay through any other website, third-party link, or agent.
3. QIRT Asia 2027 does not have any partnerships with travel agencies. Do not respond to unsolicited emails or calls offering to book travel or accommodation on behalf of QIRT Asia 2027 through unknown or suspicious agencies.
4. QIRT Asia 2027 is organised by the Nondestructive Testing Society of Singapore (NDTSS) — official site ndtss.org.sg — and is co-located with the SINCE 2027 conference and exhibition — official site since2027.org. If you receive communications claiming to represent the conference from any other organisation, please verify directly with our organising team before responding.
5. Legitimate QIRT Asia 2027 emails will only come from addresses ending in @qirtasia2027.com (for example, info@, program@ or registration@qirtasia2027.com), or from the official SINCE 2027 registration platform once you have started registration there. Be cautious of any other domain, however similar it may look.
